Scope: Images from photo galleries on www.pei.de
Images that are offered for download (www.pei.de/press-photos) are available for editorial use, specifying the source and the photographer, if provided, in online and print publications free of charge.
Images that are not explicitly offered for download may only be used on request. An agreement is only valid for single use for the stated purpose and scope. Any further use requires further prior written consent.
If the actual use does not match the user's information, the acceptance of use is deemed not granted and the PEI is exempted from claims for damages by third parties. By the performance of damages and / or contractual penalty, the user acquires neither property nor rights of use of the image material.
A use of the picture material is not permitted in particular for commercial advertising, product-accompanying brochures and politically oriented measures (for example events) as well as a design for a poster or poster. A sale of the images is prohibited.
It is not allowed to render an image in a meaningful context. Every picture is protected by copyright. Disfigurement of any kind is not permitted.
The copyright notice given with each image is to be used. He refers to the PEI or the photographer commissioned by the PEI: "PEI / Name".
The images must be deleted after use and must not be stored for the purpose of archiving. The PEI reserves the right to take legal action in case of suspected misuse.
From each print publication with images of the PEI, two free voucher copies must be sent to the address below. For online publications, a precise link should be sent to the e-mail address listed below.
