The primary research question of this Non-Interventional Study is to record the PFS of patients who have unresectable advanced, metastatic or recurrent adenocarcinoma of the lung and who receive Avastin® in the approved combination with platinum-based chemotherapy as first-line treatment in accordance with the SmPC for Avastin® (Roche Registration Limited 2011) with adequate precision in 4 age groups (<60, 60-69, 70-79, ≥80 years) and to identify any agerelated differences under routine conditions. The OS of lung cancer patients in these age groups is a further important research question that will be analysed in this Non-Interventional Study.
