The LOEWE Center DRUID has been funded since January 2018 within the State Offensive for the Development of Scientific and Economic Excellence (LOEWE). In DRUID, the leading medical universities of Hessen along with the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut in Langen and the University of Applied Sciences of Central Hessen are synergistically working on identifying and characterizing potential target molecules in order to develop urgently needed drugs, vaccines, and diagnostic tools against poverty-associated, neglected infectious diseases.
The "Public Lecture" as part of the symposium will take place as a public online event.
Interested parties are cordially invited.
The lecture will be held in English.
